Plastic lined regulating valve

It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, s-streamline fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics and convenient disassembly and assembly.
It is widely used to precisely control the process parameters of gas, liquid and other media to keep the pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level at the given value. It is especially suitable for small leakage and small pressure difference between front and back of valve. This series of products have standard type and adjustable cut-off type.
The nominal pressure grades of the products are pn0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5 and class150lb;
Nominal diameter range: DN20 ~ 300;
The operating temperature ranges from - 20 ℃ to + 200 ℃;
Leakage class VI,
The flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage.
Features
1. Corrosion resistance: the valve body cavity, valve core, valve seat and valve stem are lined with F46 with thickness of 2.5-3mm, which can resist acid, alkali and strong corrosion.
2. Good sealing performance: double sealing with PTFE bellows and packing ensures no leakage.
3. Small leakage: due to the soft sealing of valve core and valve seat, the leakage is lower than the national level IV standard.
4. It adopts fine and small multi spring actuator with small volume, light weight and high adjustment precision.
5. Good regulation function is shown in the following aspects: ① flow characteristics; ② adjustable ratio R; ③ small opening working performance; ④ flow coefficient; ⑤ regulating speed.
