High pressure angle seat valve


The angle type multi-stage pressure reducing regulating valve is suitable for the occasions with large pressure difference and easy to produce flash and cavitation. According to the requirements of working conditions, a multi-stage pressure reducing valve internals composed of several different porous cages are designed to make the fluid start from the first cage, which consumes the internal energy of high-speed medium and reduces the flow rate. As a result of the gradual saturation of the medium, it is possible to eliminate the cavitation pressure at the same time. The standard configuration is unbalanced single seat spool, and the valve core seat is hardened to extend the service life of valve internals. For large diameter valves, balanced sleeve valve structure can be designed.
